Designed as a mixed-use commercial block, this project integrates retail spaces on the lower floors with office spaces above. The design prioritizes functionality, natural light, and circulation efficiency while maintaining a strong street presence.
The façade composition combines glass, concrete, and vertical elements to create a modern yet context-responsive identity. Structural planning and services were carefully coordinated for long-term flexibility.
